border-color: #000000; ' ><p>After completing his residency in General Surgery at Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al, Dr. Ramses Wassef completed a three-year Fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery, two of which were at the University of Toronto and one at the University of Minnesota. He subsequently obtained a Doctorate in Medicine and Science (M.D., Ph.D.) from the University of Lausanne through the Center for Surgical Research and Gene Therapy. His project focused on transplanting genetically modified cells enabling the secretion of therapeutic proteins. Frank Schwenter then continued his surgical training at the University Hospital of Geneva (HUG) in the Visceral Surgery Department. He obtained the title of surgery specialist while pursuing his clinical and research activities with a project in the field of anti-tumour immunotherapy. He then completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Toronto on the genetics of colorectal cancer in the laboratory of Dr. Steve Gallinger and Dr. Zane Cohen before specializing in digestive oncology surgery in the Fellowship program at McGill University in Montr\u00e9al. Frank Schwenter has been a Clinical Assistant Professor at Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al since 2012 and works in the Digestive Surgery Department at CHUM. Since 2019, he has also had a more specialized practice in proctology at the Procto Dix30 Clinic.<\/p>\n<p>Frank Schwenter is the author of basic and clinical research publications, participates in various research protocols in Montr\u00e9al, Toronto and Geneva and is involved in teaching at Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside his medical and surgical training, Frank Schwenter also completed professional cello studies at the Lausanne Conservatory, obtaining a virtuoso grand prize. She currently works as a surgeon for the CIUSS Mont\u00e9r\u00e9gie-Centre, at the H\u00f4pital du Haut-Richelieu site. She was pleased to join the Dix-30 Procto Clinic in June 2021, as it is directly related to her daily practice of general surgery. Dr. Lapostelle&#8217;s ability to listen, her calm demeanor and non-judgmental approach, as well as her technical skills, allow her to demystify anorectal conditions and help people, which is what she finds the most rewarding. He has access to a diversified practice ranging from digestive system operations, breast oncology to hernia surgery, among others.<br \/>\nPassionate about medical education and sharing knowledge, Dr. S\u00e9guin is currently on the path to becoming a clinical professor for medical students.<\/p>\n<p>To date, he also dedicates a significant part of his practice to proctology. This allows him to offer an interesting variety of treatments for problems of the anal and rectal region, which are often delicate and under-diagnosed.
